United Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced LCSW for the Division Director of Child and Family Services. This individual is responsible for oversight of all programs within the Child and Family Services Division including but not limited to the Child Guidance Clinic, Parenting Programs, Reunification Services and Prevention Services. The Division Director is responsible for maintaining contractual obligations and assuring that staff are providing high quality services. The ideal candidate will be adequately versed in policies and procedures regarding child protection services as well as have good working knowledge of mental health and substance abuse clinical treatment needs for children and families. This position is expected to work collaboratively with community providers including but not limited to the Department of Children and Families, local school systems, juvenile court system, and local children’s mental health systems.
The Division Director of Child and Family Services is a member of the senior management team of United Services, Inc. and assists in maintaining and managing agency policies and standards including oversight of budget, reporting and licensing/accreditation. The Division Director is a role model for other staff within the agency and is expected to maintain professional boundaries and ethics.
Minimum Requirements:
MSW Degree / CT LCSW license required. Minimum of five years management and supervisory experience, including two years of direct program level management experience required. Senior Management, Supervision, Program Development, Evidence-Based Practice experience highly desired.
