ABOUT CCFSA
Welcome to the website of the CT Council of Family Service Agencies. For more than twenty five years the Council has served as the only statewide family service network in CT devoted to improving the lives of our families and children. Our mission is to Strengthen Connecticut’s Families. We thank you for joining us in that pursuit and hope you find this website helpful to you.
The Connecticut Council of Family Service Agencies, Inc. is a statewide network of twelve independent, non-profit, family service agencies that deliver services to over 100,000 families annually from more than 100 sites located throughout Connecticut. Member Agencies are community-based and licensed by the State of CT. Governed by volunteer boards of directors from their respective communities, Family Service Agencies have been effectively serving CT families for over 100 years.
Member agencies provide professional mental health, family support, health, education and youth development services. CCFSA serves as a statewide provider network for multiple programs including: the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Case Management Program, the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Case Management Program, the Screening Connecticut’s Youth (SCY) Program, and the court-mandated Parent Education Program (PEP) for parents seeking a divorce in the state.
