You will work closely with members of the HR team and organization in a wide variety of HR disciplines including employee relations, talent management, process improvement, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion which emphasizes the Agency’s core values. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work independently.

Minimum Requirements:

Three to five years recruitment and Human Resource experience in a professional environment.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field or a combination of equivalent education and experience required.  Healthcare or human services industry experience preferred.  SHRM certification preferred.

Strong computer skills: HRIS, Social Media, LinkedIn, Twitter, Job Boards, applicant tracking systems, internet sourcing and online recruitment tools.
