Catholic Charities of Hartford will be offering virtual PEP classes in September. Three 2-hour sessions will be required to fulfill the court mandate. They are being held September 12th, 19th, and 26th from 10-12 p.m., September 10th, 17th, and 24th from 6-8 p.m., September 15th, 22nd, and 29th from 6:30-8:30 p.m., or September 16th, 17th, and 18th from 5-7 p.m. The cost for the program is $150 per participant. 1/3
