Director, Operations Performance
Marianne Policastro-Wik
Director, Operations Performance
Marianne began her career with a degree in Social Work wanting to help people solve problems, then quickly shifted to a career in corporate leadership at a Fortune 500 company. It was challenging, exciting and a wonderful experience.
She was introduced to CCFSA through her involvement in a non-profit executive leadership program called Encore! Connecticut through the UCONN school of Public Policy, which she recently completed. “I am excited and pleased to be joining this organization as Director of Operations Performance,” Marianne said.
In addition to my work at CCFSA, I am on the Board at the Spiritual Life Center in West Hartford and manage their communications and social media outreach. I am a Realtor with Anne Miller Real Estate, LLC and lead the consulting organization MPW Enterprise, LLC and enjoy leading our Pastoral Council at St. Teresa of Calcutta in Manchester.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, activities with my church and being with friends. I am a long-time resident of Connecticut and reside in Manchester, CT with my family. Currently, we live in a 3-generation home which we built in 2009. My son is recently married and lives nearby in town. My daughter will be married later this year.
In all my work, I am guided by STAIR.
