Anne Herlihy is the Program Assistant for the Connecticut Council of Family Service Agencies. Anne has over 20 years of experience working in the legal, technology, and non-profit fields. Over the course of her career, Anne lived abroad in Spain for 12 years, bridging language and cultural differences and enriching her understanding of others while forming diverse and effective professional relationships. 

She effectively is able to convey the values of CCFSA to all who contact us and uses her bilingual skills to help assist all who call or visit our office. She is an asset to our office. 

Anne grew up in and resides in Connecticut with her two children. She enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors when she’s not working.
